Anna Jetton, PsyD, CCTP-II, CMNCS
Woodland Park, Colorado
What if you woke up tomorrow and found yourself happier, healthier, and more connected to the world around you? Life can certainly leave us feeling disconnected and struggling to find happiness on our own. It doesn't have to be that way.

My name is Dr. Anna Jetton. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in working with adults who are living with anxiety and symptoms of trauma. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP-II), I bring keen awareness to the healing power of the mind-body connection and incorporate this perspective specifically in my work with those who have experienced trauma. I am passionate about trauma-based therapy, particularly EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), which I've found to be incredibly effective in helping individuals process and heal from traumatic experiences.
If you are here, you might be wondering if there is another, more gratifying way to live your life. Perhaps you want to take steps toward reconnecting with your loved ones and with yourself. Maybe you are seeking more direction to your life’s purpose. I can help.

I am a strong proponent of the mind-body connection and believe taking care of our physical health is just as important as taking care of our mental health. In fact, they are inseparable. To this end, I typically focus on the whole person, not just the mind. In therapy, I also utilize a mindfulness-based approach to change, while focusing on my clients' personal strengths to promote growth and healing. As a Certified Mental Health and Nutrition Clinical Specialist (CMNCS) I am also trained in nutritional psychology, and I typically consider how our relationship to food and the things we eat (or don't eat!) impact our mood. This is foundational to my focus on functional medicine and mental health, where I explore how nutrition and other holistic approaches can profoundly support overall health and well-being.

I have been a practicing psychologist for over 15 years, and in that time I have had the opportunity to work in a variety of settings including hospitals, prisons and various community agencies. Each experience not only helped me develop my expertise and skill set, but more importantly, I realized how much I love helping people achieve their desired personal growth. No matter where you are on your path, I am here to walk beside you. I am committed to helping you find a path in life that will resonate with you, your goals, and your values in a safe, supportive space to allow for healing, growth, and transformation. I invite you to reach out and take your next step toward reaching your growth peak.
